M. M. Bajwa, MSc studied dentistry at Goethe University Frankfurt. Than he acquired in a post gradual study at the Donau University Krems the degree as Master of Science and Master of Science Implantology. M. M. Bajwa is residential dentist and director of the study group DGOI. He is acting regularly as trainer at different continues educations. 

As educated industrial business assistant Paloma Lopez is taking care of the complete secretary area. She organizes the events of the Academy, and is responsible for the bulk of external communication.
